Our Commitment to Excellence
Pratik Educational Trust is a not-for-profit trust based in northern Bihar, established in 2011 by a group of educators and social workers to close the region's educational gap and empower local communities. Beyond running the college, the Trust engages with the community through awareness campaigns, health camps and adult-literacy programmes.
Pratik College of Education is recognized by ERC-NCTE, New Delhi, affiliated to Jai Prakash University, Chapra (B.Ed.) and the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna (D.El.Ed.), and is an ISO 9001:2015 certified institute. Set in the lush green surroundings of village Thepahan, P.S. Ziradei, in Siwan District, the college offers a congenial, co-educational learning environment with the infrastructure needed for the all-round development of every student — including a Library-cum-Reading Room, Science, ICT, Language, Curriculum and Psychology Labs, a Health & Physical Resource Centre, Music Room, Art & Craft Lab, Multipurpose Hall and Seminar Room.

We prepare teachers of character for primary, middle and secondary schools, instilling secularism, communal harmony and democratic ideals.
