In-house Committee and Student Club

About

In-house committees in teacher education institutes focus on administrative and academic governance, while student clubs center on co-curricular, personal, and professional development. Both are essential for a holistic educational experience.

Activities

Student Clubs

Student clubs are extracurricular groups managed by students, often with a faculty coordinator, that allow student-teachers to pursue specific interests, develop leadership skills, and engage in community activities. These clubs provide practical experience in organizing events, teamwork, and outreach, which are valuable skills for future educators.
